Who We Are
Bambanani Projects Orphan Care is a non-profit initiative dedicated to supporting orphaned and vulnerable children in South Africa. We are driven by a commitment to restore dignity, provide stability, and create opportunities for children to grow up in safe and nurturing environments.
Our Mission
Our mission is to ensure that every child has access to loving, family-based care and the support they need to thrive. We work to connect children with families, strengthen communities, and provide practical solutions to the challenges faced by vulnerable children.
What We Do
Our heart is to see abandoned, neglected, and orphaned children placed in loving, godly families — not institutions — where they can grow up knowing their true identity in Jesus Christ. We believe every child deserves to know they are deeply loved, wanted, and cherished, and to experience the security and belonging of a family.
We work closely with social workers and partner with local churches to make this possible. Through these partnerships, we advocate for vulnerable children and support the families who have courageously said “yes” to fostering and adoption.
Bambanani Projects is currently walking alongside 17 families who are together caring for 52 children through foster care and adoption.
Our role is not only to help facilitate placements, but to journey with families. We provide ongoing support through prayer, training, encouragement, and advocacy — equipping families to care well for the children entrusted to them.
We believe that transformation happens in the context of love, truth, and relationship — and that every child’s story matters.
